Romantic Bridals at House of Dirt

One evening out shopping, my wife and I stumbled upon House of Dirt, an event venue in the historical Bishop Arts District. Its a quaint shopping neighborhood with big style and small businesses. My wife and I stopped by to meet the owner, Sonya, and we proposed a styled shoot and creative collaboration with a few of our favorite vendors.

From the moment stepped inside we knew we wanted it to be more dramatic and moody than work we've done before. The venue is gorgeous and decorated with objects found, reclaimed, and vintage. The rustic white walls and bright eclectic plants are inviting and refreshing, and theres a romance and mystery in the vintage details. This inspired us to set the color theme with dark florals accented with fresh greens and bright warm tones. Then the rest fell into place perfectly! All of our vendor's styles complemented the vision and added their own unique perspective. We had a blast putting this shoot together, and we hope you enjoy it too!
